Richer and darker than a typical vanilla bean, our Brown Sugar Vanilla is made with locally distilled 100% pure Madagascar vanilla from Vanilla Blossom in Saanich and dark brown cane sugar

our darkest chocolate ice cream. Very rich, dense, and the perfect balance of bitter cocoa and sweet cane sugar
