At Parachute Ice Cream, we believe quality and flavour go hand in hand. Founded by a couple of local entrepreneurs with a shared love for ice cream, our goal has always been simple: to make delicious, handcrafted ice cream for Victoria to enjoy.

All of our ice cream is made on-site in small batches using fresh, local ingredients from businesses we love right here on Vancouver Island. From the brownies in our Brown Butter Brownie to the rhubarb compote and crumble in Rhubarb Crumble, and even the fresh hand-chopped mint in Mint Dark Chocolate, every scoop is made with care and creativity.

We even make our waffle cones in-store, and wherever possible, we source from local growers, makers, and producers who share our commitment to quality.

Our community has embraced us, and we’re proud to be known as one of Victoria’s favourite local ice cream shops, now scooping across Oak Bay and Langford too.
